Hay Y'all,
As I'm new to this forum, this is part test and part question. . . .
How do you folks feel about having some sort of CBHSNA BOD's represented by regions. . . .
As the latest Baywatch has a map showing the demographics of where purebred CB's are located, it becomes, to my knowledge, that our Canadian members are not represented at all on the BOD's. . . .
This should be corrected !
Whaddaya all think ?

Barry,
Thanks for bringing this up. I think it is a great idea. I don't know if we need to make them board members, but we should have regional reps. I have been a regional rep for a number of organizations and we are responsible for doing events, promoting and collection and reporting news in our region to say the Baywatch and the national membership. In some organizations it is done by a voting board member and in others not. Don't know what is best for the CBHSNA, but I'm all for regional reps!

Hi Barry, I too looked at the map and its concentrations, area reps could play a very useful role in linking the areas up. In the UK all Equestrian organisations have area reps ,responsible for activities in their area and linking back to the main organisation. Lets see what others think
